Magnesium Cream is a blend of shea butter, lavender oil, magnesium and other natural ingredients. Magnesium is known to assist with sore muscles and to promote relaxation. We like to rub it on our "sore spots" as well as the bottom of our feet before bedtime to help us sleep!
